MY STORY 

 

Food has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. Growing up in a large Italian family, food has always been at the centre of every family gathering and major life event. Some of my earliest memories as a child are watching my grandmother baking in her kitchen with me watching in wonder, wearing an oversized apron, and enjoying the delicious aroma of mouthwatering apple pies and traditional almond biscotti fill the room. These moments with my grandmother are what inspired me to pursue the art of baking - and it was at this young and impressionable age that I decided to make baking and pastry arts my life.

 

Having recently graduated from George Brown College, in one of the most prestigious Baking and Pastry Management programs in Canada; my passion and aspirations were further realized. George Brown College presented me with numerous opportunities for growth in the industry, including a chance to study abroad in beautiful Italy. It was there that I gathered a tremendous amount of culinary inspiration that allowed me to be innovative and create desserts that were decadent works of art.

 

I want to be able to share with you my passion for baking. I want to bring smiles to children’s faces as they blow out their candles and bring joy to social gatherings through both sweet and savory delights. I Hope you’ll join me on this exciting culinary journey ….
